Shine a spotlight on American creativity by supporting the diverse programs at the American Center for Art and Culture in Paris.
The American Center’s mission is to promote and disseminate the American cultural landscape of the 20th and 21st centuries to an international audience. The American Center offers a variety of activities comprised of cultural events, unprecedented exhibitions, de artist residencies and educational programs.

With its eclectic programming – comprised of concerts, performances, conferences, colloquia and round tables – the American Center intends to further increase its commitment to the exchange of ideas around American creativity. The development of partnerships with several influential Parisian institutions has equally allowed the American Center to enhance its programming, both at the Center and at off-site locations.
The American Center’s artist residency program brings both emerging and established visual or performing artists to Paris.
Through the Look & Learn program, the American Center offers instruction in English, based on American culture and art, to students in the Paris region, often from isolated communities. This program is supported by the United States Embassy in Paris.
The American Center offers the opportunity to discover numerous contemporary American artists, sometimes unknown in the European cultural landscape. These annual exhibitions are also a way for American curators and artists to engage with their peers living and working in Paris.
